Naomi’s Expertise
Naomi practices in Wills & Estates Law which comprises of estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, family provision claims, and wills disputes. She has a strong background and keen interest in all facets of Estate Planning including the preparation of complex Wills, Powers of Attorney, Appointment of Enduring Guardianship, and advising on superannuation and trusts in an estate planning context. Naomi completed a Masters in Applied Laws (Wills & Estates and Estate Planning) through the College of Law in 2018.
Naomi is based in our Parramatta office and will see clients at home or in hospital if they are unable to travel.
Naomi was admitted to practice in April 2013 and joined Turner Freeman as an Associate in January 2020.
